After my purchase how will I receive my tickets?
Once a ticket has been purchased you will automatically be redirected to your “Order Confirmation” page. Once this page has loaded you will be given the option to download your tickets. Also, your tickets will be emailed to you.
Will my tickets be emailed to me?
Yes! Once a ticket has been purchased our system will automatically generate an email containing your tickets. We will email a copy of your tickets to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
I didn't receive an email with my tickets?
Once a ticket has been purchased our system will automatically email you a copy of your tickets. In some cases, these confirmation emails are sent to your SPAM folder. If after having looked in your SPAM folder and you still do not see your confirmation email please contact support and we will respond within 24 hours. We can be reached here.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
No. Once your tickets have been downloaded you can present them right off of your phone to gain entrance into the venue. If you so choose, you may print and bring your tickets to gain access as well.
Are my tickets refundable?

What happens if I cancel my transaction after purchasing my ticket?
Once a transaction has been canceled your ticket will be deemed obsolete. Your ticket will not scan nor gain you entrance into the event once it has been canceled.
Should I create an account?
During the checkout process you will be promoted to create an account with ZonTickets.com before making your purchase. The purpose of this is to allow our customers access to their tickets at any time. Misplaced your ticket or don’t see your confirmation email? By creating an account you can always get back to your tickets with just one click.
